Del West, an international company, leader in motorsport (F1, MotoGP) and booming in
watchmaking, is looking for an Administrative & Accounting Assistant (50%) for its unit in Switzerland (Vaud) to start immediately.
Your main tasks
- General accounting for two group companies
- Entering accounting entries
- Monitoring/controlling creditor invoices and issuing payments
- Monitoring debtor receipts
- Participating in periodic accounting and financial closing
- Layout of various reports, statistics and periodic reports
With a CFC in sales or equivalent training :
- You have a minimum of three to five years' experience in a similar position in a small or medium-sized company.
- You have a perfect command of MS Office (Excel in particular).
- You are a native French speaker with excellent writing and spelling skills, and a good
knowledge of English is a strong asset.
- You are rigorous, organized and autonomous, able to take initiative and have
a strong ability to adapt.
- You have a good command of Winbiz Commerce & Accounting.
