Del West, an international company, leader in motorsport (F1, MotoGP) and booming in watchmaking, is looking for a50% French/English Sales Assistant for its unit in Switzerland (Vaud) to start immediately.
As part of our sales team and working closely with the various internal departments, you will be responsible for tasks related to sales administration and customer support :
Your main tasks:
- Maintain contact with customers (by telephone, email, etc.) and monitor customer portfolios.
- Customer order management (entry, confirmation, progress reports, shipping, etc.)
- Participate in the drafting of commercial offers
- Payment reminders
- Manage customer/product database
- Compile various statistics
- Collaborate with the planning department to monitor the progress of orders
- Contribute to and organize marketing activities (trade shows, events, website updates, social media, etc.).
- Acting as a stand-in for shipments
Your profile:
With a CFC in sales or equivalent training :
- You have previous experience in a similar position in industry.
- You have a strong interest in technical products. Experience in the precision mechanics sector is an asset.
- You have a perfect command of MS Office (Excel in particular).
- You are a native French speaker with a very good knowledge of English, enabling you to communicate with our customers on a daily basis, both orally and in writing. Fluency in Italian and/or German is an asset.
- You are autonomous, organized, versatile, efficient, curious, able to take initiative and have a strong sense of priorities.
- You are proactive and have a strong sense of customer service.
- You have excellent resistance to stress.
