Sales Assistant French / English 50-70% French / English

As part of our sales team and working closely with the various internal departments, you will be responsible for tasks related to sales administration and customer support :

Your main tasks:

• Maintain contact with customers (by telephone, email, etc.) and monitor customer portfolios.
• Customer order management (entry, confirmation, progress reports, shipping, etc.)
• Participate in the drafting of commercial offers
• Payment reminders
• Manage customer/product database
• Compile various statistics
• Collaborate with the planning department to monitor the progress of orders
• Contribute to and organize marketing activities (trade shows, events, website updates, social media, etc.).
• Acting as a stand-in for shipments

Your profile:

With a CFC in sales or equivalent training :

• You have previous experience in a similar position in industry.
• You have a strong interest in technical products. Experience in the precision mechanics sector is an asset.
• You have a perfect command of MS Office (Excel in particular).
• You are a native French speaker with a very good knowledge of English, enabling you to communicate with our customers on a daily basis, both orally and in writing. Fluency in Italian and/or German is an asset.
• You are autonomous, organized, versatile, efficient, curious, able to take initiative and have a strong sense of priorities.
• You are proactive and have a strong sense of customer service.
• You have excellent resistance to stress.
