Del West, an international company and leader in the field of motorsports (F1, MotoGP, NASCAR) that is rapidly expanding in the watchmaking industry, is seeking an experienced CNC Mechanic/Adjustor for its facility in Switzerland (Vaud), to start at a date to be determined, working full-time on a 2x8 shift schedule.

Your Responsibilities
• Perform machining operations in accordance with production schedules, drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform adjustments and setups on multi-axis CNC machines.
• Diagnose and resolve process deviations and technical incidents.
• Perform dimensional inspections and ensure the conformity of produced parts.
• Meet scheduled deadlines and contribute to achieving production targets.
• Provide technical support to operators and help share information within the team.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement: optimizing cycle times, process capability, and reliability.
• Perform first-level maintenance tasks and ensure equipment operates properly and remains clean.
Your profile
• You hold a CFC in general mechanics, production mechanics, or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least five years of experience in setting up and commissioning CNC machines.
• Proven experience with Bumotec machines is a decisive advantage. However, we remain open to high-quality applications from candidates with experience in comparable CNC environments.
• You are highly proficient in reading blueprints and performing dimensional inspections.
• As an expert in troubleshooting CNC systems, you can quickly analyze production deviations, make an accurate diagnosis, and implement the necessary actions to ensure quality, meet deadlines, and maintain productivity.
• You work with precision and ensure that production and quality control documents are maintained reliably.
• You are self-reliant, organized, proactive, and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You have a perfect command of French, both spoken and written.
• You are willing to work 2×8 shift schedules and have transportation that accommodates these hours.
