Mission
Manage, retain, and develop a portfolio of strategic clients in the motorsports, high-performance automotive, and hypercar sectors by building lasting business relationships and actively contributing to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, retain, and expand a portfolio of strategic international clients, primarily in the motorsports and high-performance automotive sectors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients in your portfolio and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Grow and sustain revenue and profitability for the accounts assigned.
- Identify the needs, future plans, and new business opportunities of existing customers.
- Identify new clients and markets and actively contribute to business development activities.
- Prepare proposals and conduct business negotiations, particularly regarding prices and contractual terms.
- Oversee the commercial management of new client projects, in collaboration with the engineering department.
- Help define and implement the sales strategy
- Help develop the sales budget, monitor revenue and margin targets, and propose the necessary actions to achieve them.
- Actively monitor markets, competitors, and industry trends
- Represent Del West during client visits, trade shows, and professional events, and help raise the company’s profile
Profile
- Advanced technical education, such as an engineering degree, an ES technician degree, or training in mechanical engineering, supplemented by significant sales experience.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial B2B sales and strategic account management.
- Proven and essential experience in the motorsports industry, ideally with racing teams, automakers, or engine manufacturers
- A thorough understanding of high-performance internal combustion engines and their components is a major asset.
- Additional experience in high-performance automobiles, hypercars, watchmaking, or precision engineering is a plus.
- A solid understanding of high-value-added technical and industrial environments.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for business development and lead generation, as well as social media.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, project management, and dealing with a demanding international clientele.
- Independence, excellent interpersonal skills, customer focus, and a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent command of French and English; Italian and/or German are a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly for business (Europe, the United States, Japan).

Mission

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for a portfolio of international strategic accounts, primarily in the motorsports and high-performance automotive sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key contacts, ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sustain and grow revenue and profitability across different markets and customers.
- Identify customer needs, upcoming projects, and new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Identify and pursue new customers and market opportunities, actively contributing to business development activities.
- Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations, particularly regarding pricing and contractual terms.
- Manage the commercial aspects of new customer projects in close collaboration with the Engineering Department.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the commercial strategy.
- Contribute to the preparation of the sales budget, monitor revenue and margin targets, and propose the actions needed to achieve them.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Represent Del West during customer visits, trade shows, and professional events, and promote its brand.
Profile
- A technical degree—in engineering, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent field—combined with significant commercial experience.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial B2B sales and strategic account management.
- Proven experience in the motorsports industry is essential, ideally gained with racing teams, manufacturers, or engine manufacturers.
- In-depth knowledge of high-performance internal combustion engines and their systems and components would be a major asset.
- Additional experience in high-performance automobiles, hypercars, watchmaking, or precision engineering would be an advantage.
- A good understanding of high-value technical and industrial environments.
- Proficiency in digital business development and CRM/prospecting tools, including social media platforms.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with demanding international customers
- A high degree of autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong customer- and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent command of French and English; knowledge of Italian and/or German would be an asset.
- Willingness to travel regularly for business (Europe, United States, Japan).
